Default Advanced Group Forming Window

The reason for this idea, is for some reason it really irritates me when I am invited out of the blue to groups. Quick and dirty "fix" would be to have a switch/toggle that was "only accept invites from people in guild/friends list"

It also really bugs me when a group is just thrown together without any plan, I've been the only monk on a warrior heavy one and it's really been a uphil struggle to keep everybody alive only to get shouted at when we fail.

Additionally, when I'm looking for a group, nobody knows unless I squark lfg in chat, so typically it's filled with this kind of chatter. When this doesn't work, I try self-inviting myself into groups, quite often this is a 1player+hench group that I have back out of, because I don't know the group makeup until I hit the reqest join button.

So, thinking about this, made me dream up the following:

Group leaders would specify the objective for the group and then select what class(es) they want in each "slot" maybe even select "must have" skill(s). They wouldn't be able to invite anybody (apart from henchies)

Then solo players would be able to bring up a "group list" window with each group detailed, and what the leader wants, sorted so the ones you meet the requirements for are filtered to the top and ones you dont grayed out. It would have filters to restrict it to just your district/location and the like, but you could open it up to the whole world and like the skill list would remember your last setting. This would cut out having to warp to diffrent ones trying to form a group. When you try to join a group that is in a diffrent location it would auto map warp you there and then join you to the group.
